Who we are
Shhda (operated by Superplace Inc., 주식회사 슈퍼플레이스) is a lounge and space reservation service in South Korea. This page describes how we collect consent to send you SMS text messages and how you can opt out.
What messages we send
All of our SMS messages are transactional (account- and reservation-related):
- One-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your phone number at login or sign-up.
- Reservation confirmations, including your digital access key (mobile pass).
- Reservation invitation links when a host invites you to a reservation.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this number.
How you opt in
When you log in or sign up at shhda.com/auth/login, you enter your mobile phone number and must actively check a consent box that is unchecked by default. The box reads:
“I agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Shhda (one-time verification codes and reservation notifications) at the phone number I provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”
Only after you check this box can you request the one-time passcode that is sent to your number. Consent is required to receive messages and is never pre-selected. Providing consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and reservations (for example, one passcode per login attempt and one confirmation per reservation).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out or get help
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@shhda.com.
Privacy & terms
Your mobile information (including your phone number) is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Shhda(운영: 주식회사 슈퍼플레이스)는 대한민국의 라운지·공간 예약 서비스입니다. 본 페이지는 SMS 문자 메시지 수신 동의를 어떻게 받는지와 수신거부 방법을 안내합니다.
발송하는 메시지
모든 SMS는 거래/계정 관련(정보성) 메시지입니다:
- 로그인·가입 시 전화번호 확인을 위한 인증번호(OTP)
- 디지털 출입키(모바일 패스)를 포함한 예약 확정 안내
- 호스트가 예약에 초대할 때의 초대 링크
본 번호로는 광고·마케팅 SMS를 발송하지 않습니다.
수신 동의 방법
shhda.com/auth/login 에서 로그인·가입 시 휴대폰 번호를 입력하고 기본값이 미체크인 동의 박스를 직접 체크해야 합니다. 동의 후에만 인증번호가 발송됩니다. 동의는 사전 선택되어 있지 않으며, 어떠한 구매의 조건도 아닙니다.
메시지 빈도 / 요금 / 수신거부
- 빈도: 계정 활동 및 예약에 따라 달라집니다.
- 요금: 통신사·요금제에 따라 메시지 및 데이터 요금이 부과될 수 있습니다.
- 수신거부: 언제든지 STOP 회신으로 해지, HELP 회신 또는 support@shhda.com 으로 문의. 휴대폰 정보는 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다.
