- To create and authenticate your account (including SMS one-time passcodes).
- To confirm reservations and deliver your digital access key (mobile pass).

SMS messaging & your mobile information
If you opt in to SMS, we send transactional messages such as verification codes, reservation confirmations, and reservation invitations. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms & Consent for details.
We do not sell your personal information, and your mobile phone number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver our service (for example, our SMS delivery providers), and only to the extent needed to provide the service to you.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
